Incredibly tasty and mouthwateringly juicy vegan filet pieces made with plant-based ingredients. Flavoured with a delicious savoury and herby Mediterranean marinade made with a unique combination of herbs and spices. Each portion contains 14g of soya protein and is a source of fibre.

To prepare our vegan marinated pieces in the pan, start by preheating  the pan on medium heat with 1 TBSP of cooking oil. Place the Garden Gourmet marinated vegan pieces in a pan and fry for 4-7 minutes while turning occasionally.

9-12 minutes
180°C

To prepare our vegan marinated pieces in the oven, preheat the oven to 180°C.  Bake the vegan marinated pieces on a metal baking tray with parchment paper on center oven rack for 9-12 minutes and flip halfway.
