To prepare our vegan meatballs in a pan, start by preheating the pan to low heat and add 1 TBSP of oil (15 ml). Place the vegan meatballs on the preheated pan, cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

To prepare our Vegan Balls in the oven, preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the Vegan Balls on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 8-9 minutes. Flip halfway. Alternatively, you can bake our Vegan Balls on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 4 minutes on each side.

After opening consume within the same day.
