To prepare our vegan burger in the oven, preheat the oven to 400 °F/200°C. Bake the vegan burger on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 18 minutes. Flip halfway. Alternatively, you can bake our vegan burger on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 9 minutes on each side.
To prepare our vegan burger on the grill, fire your charcoal or gas BBQ (grill) to a medium heat. Place one patty of the vegan burger in the center of the grill and cook for 16 minutes, turning occasionally.
Do not eat raw. After opening consume within the same day.
